Daniel Guelzo - Director of Talent Development at Optomi Daniel Guelzo joined Optomi in 2012 as the Director of Talent Development. With a run rate of over $12 million dollars in its first year of business, Optomi is one of the fastest-growing IT staffing firms in the industry. Daniel's training and onboarding programs are a contributing factor to this rapid growth. Optomi recently earned the prestigious accolade of being one of the "Best Places to Work" in 2014, awarded by Staffing Industry Analysts. While at Spherion from 2007 to 2012, he supported senior executives in driving recruiting and sales proficiencies. Daniel was also recognized for building a set of pioneering onboarding training programs that were quickly adopted across all divisions. Daniel's passion for training was discovered and cultivated while serving in the United States Navy as an Antisubmarine Air Control Instructor. His work with career transition ministries in Atlanta earned him an interview with Diane Sawyer on ABC World News Tonight for a segment on career training.
Byron West - President of Hire Velocity A seasoned recruiting entrepreneur, Byron West provides the vision and leadership for Hire Velocity’s intelligent RPO portfolio. As Executive Vice President at TMP/Monster Worldwide, Byron guided and oversaw the Talent Acquisition team, consisting of more than 150 recruiting professionals, each equipped with the latest search engine technology. This business unit supported all professional and permanent placement services on a national basis. Byron understands critical personnel needs within organizations and their importance to success. As a prior member of the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Division, Byron uses his military skills to assemble efficient and effective teams. Following his military career, Byron’s next pursuit was to build businesses with the right people as part of System One, a leading national technology placement and recruitment firm. There, he served as a Division President. Always an advocate for efficiency and innovation, Byron demonstrates his intense desire to overcome obstacles and win for his customers. Byron graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
​Carl Cassidy - Director of Operations at TrueBridge Resources, Inc. Carl has more than 15 years of accounting, finance, and operational experience in various industries.   During his career, he has driven the implementations of business intelligence and financial planning software as well as the implementation of Bullhorn at TrueBridge Resources.  Since the launch of TrueBridge Resources in 2008, Carl has been part of an organization that has grown from one small office to 70 employees and nine locations nationwide.  As a leader in the organization, Carl is responsible for the operational and financial management of TrueBridge Resources.  In 2013 TrueBridge Resources was named the 4th fastest growing U.S. staffing firm by Staffing Industry Analysts.  With the rapid growth, Carl works to keep the corporate and infrastructural support on pace with that growth while making sure to maintain the financial health of the organization.  Carl graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Louisiana State University.
