The percentage of female CEOs and owners in the staffing industry reached 42% in 2022, up from less than 20% in 2020, according to a report from the Women Business Collaborative. The number of diversity-owned staffing firms is also growing, according to data shared by Staffing Industry Analysts. While recent progress is notable, there is still work to be done to ensure more diverse leadership across the staffing industry.
